HTHA is delighted to continue our collaboration with partner wayss, to transform their transitional properties into safe, comfortable and fully functional homes, ready for those in need.  

Our recent collaboration with the team at wayss included conducting comprehensive safety inspections and delivering a full range of trade services at the property, including: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, painting and more. From fixing structural issues to installing new locks, windows, and flooring, our HTHA Trades team has worked diligently to ensure that this property meets the highest standards of quality and safety. The work was completed in two weeks, ensuring that new tenants were able to move into their new home without the worry of pre-existing issues.  

Key work undertaken includes: 

• Comprehensive safety inspections 

• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work 

• New floor coverings and window treatments 

• Structural repairs and painting 

• Cleaning and preparation for new tenants
