Garry Mulvay

CEO

Garry Mulvay is the CEO of HTHA and played a critical role in establishing the organisation, having held the role of General Manager Home Operations at RACV.

Garry is a strategist with an extensive career spanning over 25 years. Garry is a Senior Executive Leader with vast experience across a range of business functions including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Logistics and Operations.

Previous to his position at HTHA and RACV, he was Executive General Manager for Biofuels at Wilmar, (Asia’s largest agricultural business) and led through a period of substantial growth and change, creating a scalable agile business model and ensuring that new opportunities were adapted to and seized in line with the business strategy.

Garry has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Technology, Sydney and has completed a range of post graduate business training including, the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Course and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

 

Raymond Orre

CIO

Raymond is the Chief Information Officer at HTHA and was a member of the team to establish HTHA having previously held the role as General Manager – Solutions & Delivery at RACV since 2017.

Raymond is a commercially astute technology leader, focused on product development, innovation and team success. Today, Raymond leads the Technology arm of our business.

Raymond has developed advanced software products in the IoT, eHealth, retail, marketing and data analytics sectors at Melbourne based start-ups. Raymond’s experience also encompasses technology strategy and operating model design, M&A, project delivery and implementation. He is currently studying Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University and also enjoys mentoring and advising tech start-ups.

Raymond holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Applied Science from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s Degree, English Literature & Comparative Sociology from Monash University.

Aimee Mansfield

Head of Customer, Product & Partnerships

Aimee is the Head of Customer, Product & Partnerships at HTHA and was a member of the team to establish the new company. Aimee first joined RACV in 2017 and today, leads product at HTHA with responsibility for the definition and delivery of HTHA’s product vision and roadmap. 

With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Australia, the UK and Europe, Aimee’s experience is around leading teams in Product, Digital, Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Customer Experience. Aimee is adept at driving mutually profitable outcomes for the business and external partners.

Aimee holds a Bachelor of Business, Double Major in Marketing & Human Resources Management. Aimee has also completed an Executive Education program – Negotiation Mastery at Harvard Business School.

 

Adrian Steidle

Head of Trades & Home Security

Adrian joined HTHA in 2021, helping to transform some of our business processes in our trade business and delivering the RACV Trades proposition for HTHA.  He has now taken up the lead of our Home Security businesses as we look to complete a large technology transformation and build highly scalable and efficient capability.

Adrian has more than 20 years’ experience managing large teams through change and providing strategic consulting to organisation's looking to accelerate their change agenda and technology transformations.

Adrian combines a wide range of experiences across the corporate and start-up environments with an inclusive, collaborative style, positive attitude, and drive for ongoing, sustainable success.

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree Recreation Leadership from Victoria University and has completed various process optimisation, systems thinking and design courses at multiple organisations.

Sonila Rudi

Head of Finance & Commercial Operations

Sonila is Head of Commercial Operations and Finance at HTHA and was a member of the team to establish HTHA having held the role of Head of Commercial Operations, Home Operations division at RACV.

Sonila’s extensive commercial and finance experience in a range of manufacturing and food production industry roles, has seen her build strong teams and work very closely with businesses to deliver commercial insights, improve performance and create value.

Sonila holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, is a member of CPA Australia and a Graduate of the Company Directors’ Course, with the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In her private time Sonila serves on an NFP board and loves helping the organisation deliver on its social purpose.

 

Lou Torcaso

Head of Safety & Business Excellence

Lou Torcaso joined HTHA in 2024 as the Head of Safety & Business Excellence, having previously held the role as Head of Health Safety and Wellbeing at RACV since 2018.

Lou has a substantial career spanning over 25 years with vast experience in a number of different industries. These include manufacturing, food production and agriculture, with a range of roles in operations, logistics, quality, OHS, workers’ compensation, as well as product development and compliance.

Lou has extensive experience in leading teams through acquisitions and transformation, both publicly listed and private equity companies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Lou holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Operations from RMIT and has completed a number of post graduate courses, including leadership programs from the Melbourne Business school, process optimisation courses, as well as various OHS qualifications.
