About the Project:

In 2025, HTHA and RACV Solar are introducing two new technologies to the Solar business, NetSuite (encompassing Sales & Service, Finance & Inventory) and Home.ER (job delivery), to enhance operations and support our teams. These technologies are designed to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and provide better tools to assist in day-to-day roles. We want to ensure that the transition is smooth, with clear communication, adequate training, and comprehensive support for all employees.

Why This Project is Important:

The introduction of NetSuite and Home.ER to Solar business will significantly improve how we work, making it easier to manage sales, services, finance, inventory, and job delivery. By embracing these changes, we aim to enhance productivity, reduce manual tasks, and empower employees with better tools.
